Dr. R.Wu is Tianjin Professor and founder of  the Tianjin Key Lab for Advanced Signal Processing, Dean of the College of Air Traffic Management, Civil Aviation University of China.  He is currently a Visiting Academic (supported by  the Distinguished Research Scholarship Program of China Scholarship Council)  in the Communications and Signal Processing Research Group, Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Imperial College London.

He is a Senior member of IEEE and the reviewers of more than 10 IEEE/IEE transactions and journals.
